Chinati Weathers the Cold

Electricity returned to Chinati after a four-day outage brought on by extreme cold temperatures, left many across Texas without power. We are grateful to be able to share these pictures of the snow and for the much-needed water the slow melt will bring to the Chihuahuan Desert grasslands that are the museum’s grounds.
