Holiday Hours at Chinati

The hours for Chinati’s tours and self-guided viewings will change to accommodate the holidays.

Christmas: Chinati will be closed on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24, and Christmas, Sunday, December 25.  We will reopen on Wednesday, December 28.

New Year’s: The museum will be open until 2pm on New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31.  We will be closed on New Year’s Day.   Chinati will reopen to the public on Wednesday, January 4, 2017.

Chinati’s collection and special exhibitions are normally accessible to the public by guided tour and self-guided viewing Wednesday through Sunday.  Tour space is limited and subject to change based on availability. Please reserve in advance to guarantee admission online or at 432.729.4362.  Tours are free to Chinati members, children and students under age 17, and residents of Brewster, Jeff Davis and Presidio counties.
