Summer Fieldwork Series: Grassland Restoration at the Chinati Foundation
Saturdays, August 22 and 29, 7:00-10:30 a.m.
Free and open to all

Join us for the last two Saturdays of August to help care for Chinati’s grasslands. Across both mornings, we will clear invasive plants and practice restoration techniques like making seedballs and learning to identify native grasses.

August 22: Make native grass seadballs and remove tumbleweeds
August 29: Learn to identify native grasses in Flavin courtyards and remove invasive Lehmann’s Lovegrass
