June 13, 2025 | Pride Zine-Making Workshop
The Chinati Foundation education department is leading a free, drop-in zine-making workshop on Friday, June 13, from 11 a.m.–1 p.m., hosted in association with Bitter Sugar Coffee and Pride Marfa, an intersectional, community-led initiative celebrating queerness in West Texas.
Zines, short for magazines, are small publications with historical ties to DIY and subculture communities due to ease of production and distribution. All skill levels and ages are encouraged to join for a relaxed, hands-on activity. Materials provided. Visit @pridemarfa on instagram or email education@chinati.org for more information.
