A discussion with architect and researcher Côme Rolin. The talk will consider Donald Judd’s architecture through an analysis of his drawings and writings of architectural projects, dating from the unrealized structures he conceived for Baja California, Mexico, and the American Southwest.

Côme Rolin is an architect and independent researcher based in Paris, trained at ENSA Paris-Belleville and USI Mendrisio. He is a member of Amor Immeuble, an architectural practice that has participated in residencies and exhibitions in France, Belgium, and Italy. Currently in residence in Marfa as part of the Villa Albertine program, he is pursuing research on Donald Judd’s architecture, initiated during a trip to Texas in 2018 and later developed through a master’s thesis.
