December 7, 2025 | Seeing Light: Live Reading of Student Creative Writing
The Chinati Foundation and Sul Ross State University’s Languages & Literature department present Seeing Light, a live reading of student creative writing on Sunday, December 7, from 5–7 p.m.
Following a September visit to Chinati, students from the Composition & Rhetoric I class were asked to reflect on their experiences with light and space. At this event, the student group will read creative writing pieces that emerged from that visit and throughout the semester.
The reading takes place at Chinati’s Locker Plant. Doors open at 5 p.m. and readings begin at 5:30 p.m. Light refreshments provided. For more information, contact education@chinati.org.
