2011 FREE SUMMER ART CLASSES AT CHINATI
Chinati invites all students Pre-School through 8th grade to our FREE Summer Art Program. All classes will take place at the Chinati Foundation and include visits to art exhibition spaces, outdoor excursions on the museum grounds, and lots of hands-on, creative fun in the new Chinati ArtLab. Each week on the last day of class, Chinati will host a picnic for students and their families to enjoy, with activities and artwork from the week on display. SAVE THE DATE: On Saturday evening, July 9, Chinati will host a one-night-only public exhibition of the students’ work downtown under the Shade Structure on Highland Avenue. Join us for a fun evening with art and an ice cream sundae bar!
