
Chinati Weekend: Free Lectures
Chinati will host a full afternoon of free lectures during Chinati Weekend, focusing on its special exhibitions and upcoming projects. This year, Brenda Danilowitz, chief curator of the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation, and Francesca Consagra, senior curator of Prints and Drawings, Blanton Museum of Art will each present talks as part of the event. In addition, the museum is pleased to present artists Robert Irwin and Zoe Leonard in conversation with Rob Weiner, associate director, Chinati Foundation and Lynne Cooke, chief curator at the Museo Reina Sofia, Madrid.
All talks are free and take place Saturday, October 12. Reservations are not necessary to attend.
