Family Days

Join Chinati Education on Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 9am-12pm, for Family Day. This event is free to all participants.

The Chinati Foundation is pleased to announce the continuation of July Family Days this summer. On three Saturdays in July, from 9am-12pm, Chinati’s education department will host local families for free art making workshops at the museum.

Welcome in the new year with a day of family friendly art making at the Chinati Foundation! Join our educators on Saturday, January 29th, from 9am to 12pm, for a free Chinati sketch crawl.

Calling all tri-county families! Starting Saturday, July 10, the Chinati Foundation invites local families to free workshops at the museum. Occurring from 8-11am Saturday mornings on Chinati’s grounds, participants will explore selections from the museum’s collection, engage in artmaking experiences, and meet fellow Big Bend residents.
